RaaS was started by expert recruiter Tracey Diamond, who has recruited positions from entry level to senior management across every business sector you can imagine.


Fed up after decades of working in agencies that seemed to prioritise turnover over outcomes, Tracey wanted to work in a different way. Equipped with the commercial nous to engage and build relationships with senior leaders and business owners, Tracey decided to build a recruitment business that’s all about bringing skills to your business that you may not have, as an on-demand resource.


Who really likes recruitment? We do. And in doing so, we enable you to get on with your core business.

As a business owner myself, I wholeheartedly understand the need to get the right person for your team. Recruitment can be a tough gig, and I know not everyone enjoys the process. Call me crazy but I love it, and after 25 years in recruitment I’ve learnt a thing or two. I just love helping you to secure people, going on a journey of growth with you, and I truly understand the pain of recruitment and the importance of the right hire.
